Mark Kiddle Morris

Mark Kiddle Morris was first elected to Breckland Council in 2007 and served as a District Councillor until 2015, he was also elected to Norfolk County Council and is his 3rd term of office. Mark served in the Royal Air Force at Marham and Swanton Morley leaving to take up a Ministry of Defence
