Hilary Bushell & Phillip Duigan - your District Councillors for Dereham Toftwood

Hilary Bushell has lived in Dereham for 45 years. After a career in Finance in the service industry she was elected to the Town Council and has been Mayor for the past 2 years.
Hilary has supported those with mental health issues, has brought much needed recognition to the town's unsung heros.  She has also set up a group called ForgetMe-Not to combat lonliness and isolation.She is also a School Governor and Chairman of the SNAP meetings in Dereham.

Norfolk born Phillip Duigan has lived in the Dereham area all his life. A well-known figure in the town, he has always been active in the community,
Phillip has served on Breckland Council for over 20 years and is a former Mayor of Dereham.
